What we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, CanDance may process your name, contact details, organisation, booking or request details, payment status, correspondence and technical security logs. Payment card or bank details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by CanDance.

Why we use it

• To answer questions and assess custom requests.
• To check availability, create and administer bookings, payments and invoices.
• To send confirmations, practical information and service messages.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

CanDance uses specialist providers where needed: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for platform data and authentication, Mollie for payments, Brevo for transactional email and Migadu for email hosting. Each provider only receives the information needed for its role and may be activated in phases.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose, dispute handling and applicable legal or accounting duties. CanDance uses access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administration and backups to protect the platform.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses where applicable. Email info@candance.nl. CanDance may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires it.

Cookies

The core platform uses only technical storage needed for language choice, security and administration. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before they are used.
