Rental agreement

Terms for a
smooth booking.

The main terms that apply when you request or book a CanDance studio.

01

Booking and confirmation

A selected time or submitted request is not a final reservation. A standard booking becomes final after the required payment has succeeded and CanDance has issued confirmation. Custom requests become final only after CanDance confirms the agreed proposal.

02

Price and payment

The price, duration and studio shown at checkout are part of the booking. Payment is handled by Mollie. If a rate or availability changes before completion, the platform asks you to review the booking again.

03

Hour passes and Unlimited Off-Peak

Passes are personal, studio-specific, linked to the purchase email and valid Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. Hour balances are valid for the period shown at purchase and can be used for 1–4-hour bookings in 30-minute increments. Unlimited Off-Peak lasts 30 consecutive days, permits a maximum of 2 hours per booking and 2 future reservations at once, and is not automatically renewed. Every booking remains subject to live availability, venue capacity and cancellation rules. Cancelling restores used hour credit where applicable; the pass cannot be transferred.

04

Direct rates and events

Direct online rates apply to straightforward studio use. Festivals, ticketed events, parties, productions, commercial shoots, multiple studios and plans longer than 4 hours require a tailored proposal. CanDance may cancel or reprice a direct booking if the submitted use falls into an event category and was not disclosed accurately.

05

Cancellation and changes

The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a booking are shown before acceptance or included in the confirmed proposal. Contact CanDance promptly if you need to change or cancel; a requested change is valid only after confirmation.

06

Use of the studio

The renter is responsible for the booking contact, guests and agreed use of the venue. Follow the venue rules, confirmed capacity, access window and any event-specific instructions. The booking may not be transferred or used for another purpose without written approval.

07

Damage, interruption and responsibility

Report damage or incidents immediately. The renter is responsible for loss or damage caused by the renter or guests, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If circumstances outside reasonable control prevent use, CanDance will contact the renter about an appropriate solution.

08

Questions and applicable law

Contact info@candance.nl before booking if a condition is unclear. Dutch law applies to the agreement, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in the renter’s country of residence.
