People and safety
- Follow the confirmed capacity and CanDance safety instructions.
- Keep entrances, exits and emergency routes clear.
- Report damage, incidents or unsafe situations immediately.
- A responsible booking contact must be reachable during the booking.
Respect the venue
- Treat the room, equipment, neighbours and other visitors with care.
- Leave the space tidy and return used items as instructed.
- Do not make changes to the space or installations without written approval.
- Follow any activity-specific sound, catering or access instructions supplied with the booking.
Extra agreements
Some events need additional arrangements. Any event-specific conditions confirmed by CanDance form part of the booking. Contact the team before payment if something is unclear.
