Write down the style, level, expected participants, number of teachers and whether everyone moves at once. This determines usable floor area more accurately than guest capacity.
Include teacher arrival, sound check, registration, changing, breaks, photos, questions and cleanup—not only teaching minutes.
Keep arrival, coats, water and toilets outside teaching sightlines where possible. Send one message with address, start time, footwear, what to bring and contact details.
Clarify ticketing, refunds, VAT, teacher agreements, photography consent and who is responsible on site. Share ticketed or recurring plans in a custom request.
